Return and Refund Policy

At FureverFlow (operated by UALEO) your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal under EU law, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

This means you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund, even if the standard 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@fureverflow.com within 14 days of delivery.

You then have 14 additional days to return the item to us.


3. Conditions for Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product).


5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at support@fureverflow.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).

In such cases, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

Opened personal care products

Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Gift cards or digital products
